進口電磁閥安裝注意事項
1、
電磁閥安裝時應(yīng)注意閥體上箭頭應(yīng)與介質(zhì)流向一致。不可裝在有直接滴水或濺水的地方。電磁閥應(yīng)垂直向上安裝。
2、
電磁閥應(yīng)保證在電源電壓為額定電壓的15%-10%波動范圍內(nèi)正常工作。
3、
電磁閥安裝后，管道中不得有反向壓差。并需通電數(shù)次，使之適溫后方可正式投入使用。
4、
電磁閥安裝前應(yīng)徹底清洗管道。通入的介質(zhì)應(yīng)無雜質(zhì)。閥前裝過濾器。
5、當
電磁閥發(fā)生故障或清洗時，為保證系統(tǒng)繼續(xù)運行，應(yīng)安裝旁路裝置。
